We have finally signed a contract and will be going to wonderful Jackson, Mississippi! Lucy Ferron and the crew of the USS Haise are looking forward to hosting the 2009 Region 2 Summit
We will be staying at the beautiful Budget Inn & Banquet at 1525 Ellis Avenue in Jackson. They have given us an awesome room rate of $59 per night. The hotel is set up to receive phone reservations ONLY. The number for the hotel is (601) 944-1150. When making reservations, please rememebr to use the group code "Starfleet Region 2." to get the special rate.
The banquet on Saturday will be buffet style. Banquet prices are $19.95 for adults, $10 for children under 10, and free for children under 3. Menu will be posted shortly.
