Each Chapter may submit ONE nominee per category, per year. Nominations should be submitted by the Commanding Officer, Executive Officer (First Officer) or Zone Coordinator. Nominations MUST be submitted on this form or they will not be accepted. Nominations for the Annual Awards will be accepted from January 1st 2025 through January 31st 2025.

NO NOMINATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER January 31st.

Be sure to put in the security challenge information in correctly.  If you do not see the thank you message after you submit your award it did not get submitted.
