Awards Submission | Region Two

Each Chapter may submit ONE nominee per category, per year.
Nominations should be submitted by the Commanding Officer, Executive Officer
(First Officer) or Zone Coordinator. Nominations
MUST be submitted on this form or they will not be accepted. Nominations
for the Annual Awards will be accepted from January 1st 2015 through February
15th 2024.

NO NOMINATIONS WILL BE
