Each Chapter may submit ONE nominee per category, per year. Nominations should be submitted by the Commanding Officer, Executive Officer (First Officer) or Zone Coordinator. Nominations MUST be submitted on this form or they will not be accepted. Nominations for the Annual Awards will be accepted from February 3rd 2026 through March 8th 2026.

NO NOMINATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER March 8th.

Be sure to put in the security challenge information in correctly.  If you do not see the thank you message after you submit your award it did not get submitted.
